Important information for our guests
We are aware that some guests have received fraudulent emails purporting to be from Celestyal asking them to verify their booking and provide payment card details.
We take the security of our guests' personal information extremely seriously and are investigating these reports as a priority with our technology teams and relevant service providers.
If your clients have received an email of this nature, please ask them not to click on any links, share personal or payment information, or respond to the message. If they have already provided payment card details or authorised a payment, they should contact their bank or card provider immediately.
We are continuing to investigate the reports and will update this notice if further information needs to be shared.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
