We are aware that some guests have received fraudulent emails purporting to be from Celestyal asking them to verify their booking and provide payment card details.
We take the security of our guests' personal information extremely seriously and are investigating these reports as a priority with our technology teams and relevant service providers.
If you receive an email of this nature, please do not click on any links, share personal or payment information, or respond to the message. If you have already provided payment card details or authorised a payment, please contact your bank or card provider immediately.
If you have concerns about a communication relating to your booking, please contact Celestyal directly using our official contact details or speak to your Travel Advisor.
We are continuing to investigate the reports and will update this notice if further information needs to be shared.
